If the first chakra (root) deals with survival, the second deals with experience.

Known as the Sacral Chakra, it is the engine of our creativity, sexuality, and how we relate to pleasure and emotions.

What are the representations of this energy?

* Water Element: Represents mobility and adaptability.

* Orange color: Energy, movement and vitality.

* Physical Body: Influences the lumbar region, hips, and the reproductive system (kidneys, ovaries, and testicles).

* Symbolism: The Goddess Saraswati represents the mastery of arts and knowledge.
