It is directly linked to the organs related to the digestive system: stomach, liver, spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, autonomic nervous system.

It concerns our appetite and the way we digest, from food in general to emotional issues.

The harmonious functioning of this third energy vortex brings us a sense of peace, acceptance, and wholeness. It provides harmony with life and our place in it.

The disharmonious functioning of the solar plexus, on the other hand, emphasizes control. You end up wanting to control everything according to your desires and thoughts.
