This April, our teachers will guide us through the Anahata Chakra : the fourth of the seven main energy centers of the body.
Known as the Heart Chakra , Anahata is the seat of love, compassion, connection, and emotional balance.
The term Anahata comes from Sanskrit and means "untouched" or "unproduced sound," symbolizing the purity and divine essence that resides in our hearts.
Located in the center of the chest, near the physical heart, the Anahata Chakra is represented by a 12-petaled lotus, usually green or pink in color.
In subtle anatomy, it is represented by:
Element: air;
* Sense organ: skin;
* Related body parts: heart, lungs, thymus gland, dorsal region of the back, arms and hands.
When the Anahata Chakra is balanced , we experience:
Unconditional love for ourselves and for others;
Compassion and empathy;
Deep connection with people and with the universe;
Emotional balance and the ability to forgive.
When it is unbalanced , the following may occur:
Difficulty connecting emotionally;
Feelings of loneliness, jealousy, or hurt feelings;
Heart or respiratory problems (in more extreme cases).
Let's open our hearts together and spread love throughout the world?
Together, we will embark on this journey with confidence! 🌅
